We work with you and your team to submit and negotiate a bid. Once your offer is accepted by the Artist, we negotiate the most favorable terms on your behalf in conjunction with your organization.

As soon as your show is confirmed, we begin tracking every step using our extensive project management show scheduling system. This insures that nothing is forgotten and that quality control is consistently maintained from start to finish.

We thoroughly review the Artist’s technical rider and contract with your team, and will negotiate buyer contract addendums and amendments with the Artist. Our early input helps eliminate unnecessary provisions and unwanted surprises. We protect your investment and prevent potential issues before they arise so you can have a more enjoyable experience.
