We will obtain and review an Artist’s current rider with you. We provide unbiased advice on which performers have histories of being difficult or problematic before you issue a bid for them.
ConvergEvents works with you and your team to create and submit a binding offer that will expedite a confirmation. Once the bid is submitted, we negotiate the most favorable terms on your behalf.
As soon as the Act confirms your show, our turn-key service uses an internal multi-stage project management show scheduling database to track every aspect of producing a show. This approach allows for change control and insures timely implementation of each step so that quality control is consistently maintained from start to finish.
We work with your designated team to thoroughly review the Artist’s contract and rider. We can also negotiate addendums with their management if applicable. Our early input helps eliminate unnecessary provisions and unwanted surprises.
